Bryan Waller

Bryan is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years of experience in accounting and strategic business advisory. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Washington University and has extensive expertise in business strategic planning, assurance engagements, and technical areas such as GAAP compliance, multi-entity consolidations and other specialized aspects of accounting.

Bryan has worked in diverse industries including construction, real estate, manufacturing, financial institutions, and not-for-profit organizations. Notably, he has managed large-scale accounting teams and provided valuable support for multi-million-dollar transactions and tax-efficient structuring. As the Director of Advisory and Audit at North Star, Bryan oversees assurance engagements and consults with clients to help them navigate complex business challenges.

Bryan’s professional philosophy centers on collaborating with clients to understand their unique needs and help them take the next steps in their growth. He is driven by a passion for learning and applying practical knowledge to solve new problems. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys seeing the world with his wife, having visited eight countries and nearly every part of the U.S.
