With over a decade of experience in marketing, a history including photography and social media content creation and a rich background in customer service, Cayan brings a unique blend of creativity and operational expertise to North Star Tax & Accounting. Her multifaceted role on our team is comprised of overseeing daily operations, streamlining processes, managing the administrative team, handling client relationship management, and planning internal events and marketing initiatives.

Specializing in efficient operations, Cayan leverages her marketing skills to enhance our brand presence and create engaging visual content. Her experience spans the restaurant, hospitality, and creative industries—allowing her to bring a well-rounded approach to every project and a focus on customer experience. A dedicated volunteer at Purrfect Pals cat shelter, Cayan is also passionate about travel (she spent two years living the van life in a converted ambulance), photography and live music (she’s a self-proclaimed Swiftie). An avid reader, she’s rarely without her Kindle and is always seeking new ways to connect with others and make a difference.
