With four years of experience in the tax and accounting industry, Dylan manages front desk operations, schedules appointments, maintains records and ensures seamless communication between our internal team members. A master of organization and problem-solving, Dylan takes pride in creating a positive and efficient environment for both clients and colleagues.
With a method centered on empathy and clarity, Dylan emphasizes active listening techniques to understand clients’ needs and address them with care. This approach builds trust and fosters long-term relationships that are the hallmark of the North Star experience.
Outside of work, Dylan enjoys crafting costumes, diving into video games, and all things Disney—hobbies that reflect a love for imagination and attention to detail. Originally hailing from Rhode Island and having lived in Idaho, Dylan now calls the lush forests of Washington home—trading East Coast charm for the rugged beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
