Jill Winter

Jill brings a passion for helping others achieve their goals and more than eight years of industry experience to her role at North Star where she leads operations, strategy, marketing and HR. With a background as a marketing director and certified coach with an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Jill is known for her expertise as an “Operations Optimizer” and “Process Maximizer.”

In addition to her work with our team, Jill also serves on the board of a local nonprofit food shelf. In her leisure time, she enjoys landscape photography, reading tarot cards, traveling and being a dedicated mom (which includes logging a lot of miles behind the wheel). A fun fact about Jill: She’s a certified Reiki master—not surprising, given the way she contributes to the energy of our team.
