Sierra is an experienced Team Manager with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and certification in Microsoft Excel 2016. With seven years in the accounting profession, Sierra has developed expertise in job costing, accounts receivable/payable, and supporting small businesses—particularly in the construction, entertainment, and therapy sectors. She manages bookkeeping, runs payroll and ensures her team’s projects are completed with precision.

Sierra’s professional philosophy with clients and colleagues emphasizes kindness, trust and understanding—all of which foster collaboration and mutual success. With 12 years of classical ballet experience, Sierra is both disciplined and creative, and she enjoys making art and music using a variety of mediums and instruments.
